Once the call has come to an end Sugar will ask if you would like to log this against the record, if you choose to do so then Sugar will auto-fill most of the information such as call date and time all that you are required to do is enter your notes into the description, however, you don’t even need to type this as SugarCRM mobile supports the voice to text function available on Apple and Android mobile devices.
