Unlike other CRM Vendors, you’ll be surprised to learn that there are no hidden costs with SugarCRM. Tools such as the Outlook Plugin and mobile app access are included in all editions. There is no limit on the number of API calls, which is great news if you’re planning on integrating SugarCRM with your other business software such as Finance, ERP, and marketing tools.
