SugarCRM has released the update to the Winter ’18 release for all commercial editions hosted in the On-Demand environment. This release is being automatically applied to On-Demand instances running an earlier version of Sugar.

This latest release addresses issues identified in prior releases of Sugar, specifically once in which the Case Macro is populating incorrectly in email replies. More information on the updates in this release can be found in the following release notes:
