Sugabyte began over 13 years ago with a single client, a big dream, and a determination to make a real difference. What started as a small idea shared by our founders, James Banbury and Louise Hoffmann, soon grew into a mission — to change the way businesses think about CRM. They believed that success comes from truly understanding customers and building lasting partnerships, not just delivering quick wins. That belief still drives everything we do today.
