SUGARCRM NAMED BEST CRM FOR THE 4TH YEAR IN A ROW

SugarCRM has been named the best CRM for the fourth year in a row by PC Magazines’ annual Business Choice Survey.

PC Magazine asks their readers to rate their opinion on reliability, tech support experience and overall satisfaction on a range of CRM platforms. This year there were a total of 98 companies that were scored, with SugarCRM being the clear winner and gaining outstanding scores in most categories!!

Sugar was rated higher scores for overall satisfaction, likelihood to be recommended, Net Promoter Score, reliability and technical support. Overall, Sugar scored higher than any competitors including Salesforce, Microsoft and Oracle.

The Net Promoter Score should be regarded as one of the most reliable measures, as when it comes to peer reviews, SugarCRM is the only solution that customers would “strongly recommend”, a trait that Sugar is very proud of!

SugarCRM has been named a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant Sales Force Automation (SFA). SFA’s automate the sales activities, processes, and administrative responsibilities for an organisations sales professionals. Visionaries are described as being:

Ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and/or delivery models. Visionaries anticipate emerging and changing sales needs and move the market into fresh areas. They have strong potential to influence the direction of the SFA market.Gartner

SugarCRM has continued to move upmarket in recent years by not only being the only vendor in this magic quadrant that is based on an open-source technology stack but by continuing to enhance the product with the notable introduction of Customer Journey Management and additional workflow capabilities.

SugarCRM Configuration:
Reference customers gave Sugar strong positive scores for application configurability, published APIs and technical architecture. In addition, SugarCRM offers multiple deployment options: Public Cloud, Private Cloud and On-Premises.
